Apartments for guests who stay longer.
On a limited floor area, the apartments had to accommodate everything guests need for longer stays: a place to sleep, a place to work, storage and somewhere to sit – and be quick to clean between two bookings.
Solution
Almost everything hangs on the wall.
Beds with storage bases, hanging clothes cabinets, a wall-mounted desk with mirror and hat shelf, bedside tables on brackets: the furniture barely touches the floor. Above the headboard, the wall rail carries an indirect light strip, plus picture ledges for photos and coat hooks in the entrance. Sofa beds complete the living area.
Result
More room, same floor area.
The apartments feel larger than they are and can be cleaned quickly. Where a second bed is needed, the sofa bed in the living area takes over.
