You won't get a design from us that is then put out to tender to third parties. Concept, engineering and manufacturing sit at the same table here — which is why our planning holds up from the start: in the floor plan, in the material, in the price and in the schedule.

Plans you can sign off

You see your interior before you have to sign it off: floor plan variants, material concept, visualisations and the corresponding cost breakdown. We check requested changes for feasibility straight away — because the people who plan also manufacture.

One partner, not five

Planning, furniture-related interior fit-out, manufacturing, delivery and installation all run through one contractual partner. Fewer service providers means fewer interfaces, less coordination on your side — and fewer mark-ups in the final total.

No catalogue limits

We supply Variand furniture, custom-made pieces, our own custom developments and furniture from selected manufacturers. What the project needs, not what a product range happens to offer.

Variand system

Our beginning – and full of possibilities. Furniture, light and add-ons find their place on the Variand wall rail, and can be rearranged and added to as needs or spaces change.

Freestanding furniture

A reception that says welcome. A seating landscape that brings people together. We design and select furniture that gives a space character – and everyday life a place within it.

Bespoke and built-in furniture

Under a sloping roof, along an entire wall or in the middle of the room: we design furniture for the particulars of your floor plan. With the materials, functions and details that matter to you.

Product development

Sometimes an idea needs a piece of furniture that doesn't exist yet. Then we develop it with you – drawing, tinkering, sampling. Until it becomes a one-off piece. Or an entire series.

Which role we take on depends on project size and planning stage — whether conversion, new build or just the furnishings. With or without an architect: both routes have the same point of contact, someone from the planning team.

Werk1 — 60 co-living apartments

Across two floors we created living walls, coat racks, kitchen walls and integrated wall lighting. Every element hangs on the wall rails without tools and can be swapped out. Four installers needed two days for the rails and one for the furniture — in less than a week all 60 apartments were ready for use. Recognised at the Coliving Awards in 2024.

Hospitality · Mattsee, Austria · 2022

Tiny Village — 42 modular houses

For the eco-resort “das Seehäuser”, 42 modular houses were furnished: coat racks and storage, modular shelves as airy wall cupboards, and extensive kitchen equipment. Wall rails with integrated magnets and dimmable LED light strips combine kitchen use with ambient light. The hotel staff can look after the furniture and swap it themselves when needed.

Education · Kössen, Austria · 2025

Kössen Education Centre — 20 classrooms

In the new building by Pedevilla Architekten, wall rails were used in every classroom, complemented by specially developed whiteboards and enamelled steel boards that slide along the rails on rolling mounts. Two new rail types were created for the project — with a clamping rail and inset steel strips — colour-matched to the architectural concept.
